Download Policy
All downloadable products are sent within one hour of the order being successfully processed. There are no refunds on digital products.
Refund Policy
All author and co-author services can be cancelled with a 7 day written notice per contract. No refund for payments made and your account must have a zero balance for services rendered at the time of recieving the notice of cancellation.
